Cooling Tower & Centrifugal Particle Separator Installation

Description of Job: Galgon HVAC received a service at 4:30 pm in the afternoon; from a brand new customer stating their existing cooling tower was leaking from several different places. The customer had several of their manufactured machines that require condenser water for testing purposes. Galgon HVAC called two of their service technicians to see how we could stop the leaks in order for the customer to get their machines tested by their deadline. Galgon HVAC’s technicians worked late into the night to accomplish this request. After temporary repairs were made and the machines passed inspection, we proposed a new cooling tower to alleviate any future downtime in their production process. The customer stated "that if a company would go the extra mile without ever doing business with us before, this is a company we need to do business with!" We installed a new stainless steel cooling tower & piping, centrifugal particle separator and additional piping for test stations. Additionally, Galgon HVAC has this new system under a service agreement to extend the life span of the customer’s new system and with zero downtime to its customer’s production.
